Tasting notes
Since 2006, this wine is made from the company’s best Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes.
I created it with an international expression in mind but also with a strong hint of Monferrina which is given by the Barbera grapes.
When the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are grown on the company’s best terrain, reach the utmost ripening level they differ greatly from their typicality thus giving a unique personality to this wine.
Color: Deep ruby red with shades of purple.
Bouquet: Very intense reminiscent of black berries and spices such as black pepper are evident.
Taste: has a solid structure and persistence, soft and fresh with medium levels of tannin.
